Refund & Return Policy

At Yorgo Men Care, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
3. Damaged or Defective Products

Report any damaged or defective item within 48 hours of delivery with proof. We will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
